Prior to returning any Philip Stein products, including Philip Stein watches and bracelets, please contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you would prefer a different item, you must place a new replacement order before an RA is issued. Our team will provide you instructions on how to return your Philip Stein item. You’ll receive a full refund less the original shipping and insurance charges for all items received within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the items are unworn, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. If you purchased a Philip Stein Sleep Bracelet, you have 60 days to return the product for a full refund. Price differences between exchanges will be refunded prior to reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Nothing like the genuine thing
My sleep bracelet wristband disintegrated and I tried unsuccessfully to locate a substitute that would be comfortable and not disintegrate. I was not successful there. I decided to go ahead and order it from the source. I am pleased to know that the bands do come in different sizes because the one that I did have with my original purchase was too long leaving a lot of overhang. I needed a much smaller band so I ordered the very smallest that they make and while it’s still a bit too long, it’s not as long and floppy as the original one. That pleases me. So now I can wear my sleep bracelet again.
