Prior to returning any Philip Stein products, including Philip Stein watches and bracelets, please contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization (RA) number. If you would prefer a different item, you must place a new replacement order before an RA is issued. Our team will provide you instructions on how to return your Philip Stein item. You’ll receive a full refund less the original shipping and insurance charges for all items received within 30 days of the date of delivery, provided the items are unworn, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. If you purchased a Philip Stein Sleep Bracelet, you have 60 days to return the product for a full refund. Price differences between exchanges will be refunded prior to reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, please notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Philip Stein is not be responsible for return shipping charges.
