In the event you need to have your Philip Stein Watch or Bracelet serviced, we recommend contacting one of our Authorized Repair Centers (ARC). We have over 100 locations around the world that will be able to assist you with a range of services from battery replacements, to more sensitive repairs. Please use the Store Locator section to find an ARC in your area (be sure to select the “Repair Center” bubble when looking for a repair facility). If you are unable to locate one, or have trouble using the Store Locator section, please feel free to contact our After Sales Customer Service department to discuss alternative options. Philip Stein Teslar Watch Owners
Philip Stein no longer utilizes Teslar chips in new watches but instead uses a proprietary Natural Frequency Technology which is not related to Teslar. In the event of a necessary chip replacement you have the option of replacing the Teslar chips or incorporating the Natural Frequency Technology into your watch. Please indicate which you prefer at the time you send your watch for repair.
